Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
My military service taught me the value of setting goals, then achieving them. I served during a time of crisis, (The Cuban Missile Crisis, and the assassination of president John F. Kennedy), and learned how to face any crisis or situation calmly. It set the stage for the many situations that come up as a small business owner.
