The Comfort Crew for Military Kids, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, offers military kids and their families a wide variety of programs and resources that are customized to meet their specific needs: multiple deployments, reintegration, visible and invisible injuries, moving, feelings of isolation, and loss.
The Comfort Crew is working to ensure that every military child receives the best tools, strategies, and technology to prepare for these challenges and have a positive impact on themselves, their families, and our country. The Comfort Crew has produced a series of Comfort Kits to address these challenges. These Comfort Kits can be requested by active duty or retired military personnel and their families at our website.
Tens of thousands of Comfort Kits have been given to US military children all over the world, all designed to strengthen their social and emotional resilience and let them know – we are with you all the way! Our goal is to create a world where present and future generations of military children are connected to a community that understands them, helps them turn adversity into advantage, and provides them with the support that they need to process their emotions and thrive.
