Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
Wow, how hasn't it? In my short experience with civilian organizations has given me even more confidence. Military service trains its personnel to perform far better than their civilian counterparts. While a military member has their main responsibility as well as about 100 others, the civilian has just the one. Furthermore, the corporate employee model has become one of severe compartmentalization creating a boring and unchallenging work environment.
