Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
The Military trained me to create a team and to develop the team into a group of people who work as a team and not individuals. I learned thru the process to utilize that team structure to do anything, simply by being apart of the team and not the leader of the team. The team just naturally followed those who took on the leadership position. its because of allowing the person with the most experience with the current task to take charge and lead the team follows.
