Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
Leadership and management skills were my platform for entrepreneurship. Problem solving skills and abilities prepared me to provide solutions. Reacting to changing situations and criteria prepared me to be flexible. The USAF fostered my loyalty and need to serve. Mission success helped prepare me to be a change agent. Leading team members prepared me to pursue risk management and mitigation. The Air Force allowed me to think outside the box and to restructure the box to meet needs.
