Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
My 20 years of service in the US Army gave me a wide range of experience in leadership and management. I had to make decisions in combat and peace time. In my travels all over the world I learned to work with all races and nationalities. I supervised up to 600 soldiers at a time on occasion. This military background has allowed me to run a successful business by hiring and maintaining good loyal employees for longevity. It has also allowed me to be financially solvent make good sound business decisions.
