Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
It's been over 20 years since I last was in uniform, but I still practice the core principles that I learned as a Marine: Honor, Commitment, and Courage. Conducting each and every moment honorably; whether while managing our Non-Profit or just living life, honor is important. Committing to serve and to finish every task is imperative for any business. For me I commit my all or I don't get involved if I can't see the task to completion. Finally, I must have the courage to take chances.
