My 20 years in the United States Air Force gave me core values that I learned in the military and continue to live by. Honor, respect, integrity, service before self, and excellence in all we do. I continue to serve my community even though I have service-related disabilities. I continue to help others make that lifestyle change to become healthy. To help them gain back their confidence and freedom to continue to enjoy their life regardless of age and experience.
