Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
The military service has taught me discipline, training, how to make a plan and follow through. Once a plan is created, my military service has provided me the training to complete the job, complete the job as designed, be accountable for my work, be prompt, and have pride in my work. My training and military sharpened my decision making skills, which allows me to lead my employees to complete projects as designed.
